Hi I’m Ben. I am an experienced software developer with 15 years’ commercial programming experience and a passion for making user-friendly software.

During my career I have worked with large household names on major projects, as well as working with a lot of small businesses and organisations.

I really appreciate that technology can be confusing and making a website can seem like a daunting task. I’m here to help with all that and I like to feel that I’m quite good at breaking through the jargon.

I’m Elaine and I do the admin and liaising with customers. I guess you might say I’m a people person.

We hear the same thing all the time- “We wanted to update our website but our developer seems to have disappeared off the face of the Earth! They don’t respond to emails and when we leave them a message they never get back to us.” Sadly it’s all too common.

We don’t ever do that here. For me, making a website is all about building an understanding of our customers and that relationship is something I really value.
